That no more than ten seats shall be installed <br />in the restaurant unless additional parking is <br />made available for the use. <br />5. That the owner of the restaurant shall maintain <br />the premises including the sidewalk to the front <br />of the building in a neat and orderly fashion <br />at all times. <br />Section 2.
