41. That construction of residential units in each phase shall <br /> not commence until the Pleasanton Unified School District <br /> indicates to the Planning Director that adequate school <br /> capacity for that phase's project-generated children will be <br /> available at the time of occupancy of each phase. <br /> <br />42. That the final development plan submittal(s) shall include a <br /> preliminary underground utility plan depicting the locations <br /> of sewer and water lines. Said plan shall provide sufficient <br /> detail to enable evaluation by the City of how the EIR <br /> mitigation measures for the preservation of cultural resource <br /> areas are being met. <br /> <br /> <br />
