This may be done administratively and does not need to be resubmitted to the Planning Commission. 4. That a burglar alarm system shall be installed in the model homes, said system to be approved by the police department prior to installation. 5. That no flags, banners, pinwheels, pennants or similar attention attracting devices shall be utilized in the complex. 6. That the developer post an aerial photo, or alternative illustration acceptable to the Planning Division, in the sales office showing the types of facilities and land uses surrounding the complex. 7. That signs be posted in all model homes adviding all prospective buyers of those features, which are optional and are not included as part of the purchase price. 8. That the developer call for final building inspection by the City prior to any model homes being closed for sale. 9. That exterior lighting be provided for the complex, the number and type of lights to be approved by the police department. Section 2. This resolution shall become effective 15 days after its passage and adoption or on the day following the next meeting of the City Council, whichever is later, unless an appeal has been taken to the Council, or unless the Council shall elect to review the decision of the Commission.
