Res. 2324 <br />6/22/83 <br />Page 2 <br />Section 1. (continued) <br />3. That approval of the sales office is granted for a <br />period of one year only at which time the proponent <br />must reapply for an extension. This may be done <br />administratively and does not need to be resubmitted <br />to the Planning Commission. <br />4. That a burglar alarm system shall be installed in <br />the model homes, said system to be approved by the <br />police department prior to installation. <br />5. That no flags, banners, pinwheels, pennants or <br />similar attention attracting devices shall be utilized <br />in the complex. <br />6. That the developer post an aerial photo, or alternative <br />illustration acceptable to the Planning Division, in <br />the sales office showing the types of facilities and <br />land uses surrounding the complex. <br />7. That signs be posted in all model homes adviding all <br />prospective buyers of those features, which are <br />optional and are not included as part of the purchase <br />price. <br />8. That the developer call for final building inspection by <br />the City prior to any model homes being closed for sale. <br />9. That exterior lighting be provided for the complex, the <br />number and type of lights to be approved by the police <br />department. <br />Section 2. This resolution shall become effective 15 days after <br />its passage and adoption or on the day following the next <br />meeting of the City Council, whichever is later, unless an <br />appeal has been taken to the Council, or unless the Council <br />shall elect to review the decision of the Commission. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />ON THE 22ND DAY OF JUNE 1983 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br />AYES: Commissioners Arrigoni, Getty and Acting Chairman Lindsey <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Commissioners Doherty, Jamieson and Wilson <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />DATE: June 22, 1983 <br />ATTEST:,. <br />Robert Harris, Secretary La Lindsey, A g Chairman <br />APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br />4 a2 <br />Brian W.
