PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2324 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON APPROVING A CONDITIONAL USE <br />PERMIT FOR HOWARD WHITE, INC. FOR VALLEY PLAZA <br />APARTMENTS AS FILED UNDER CASE UP -83 -15 <br />WHEREAS, Howard White and Valley Plaza Apartments have applied for <br />a conditional use permit to operate a model home complex <br />and sales office at 4372 and 4374 Valley Avenue; and <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit <br />Development) -High Density Residential District; and <br />WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held on June 22, 1983 <br />at which time all public testimony, relevant exhibits <br />and recommendations of the City Staff concerning this <br />application; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission found that the proposed location <br />of the conditional use is in accord with the objectives <br />of the Ordinance Code and purposes of the district in which <br />the site is located; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission found that the proposed location of <br />the conditional use and the conditions under which it would <br />be operated or maintained will not be detrimental to the <br />public health, safety or welfare or be materially injurious <br />to properties or improvements in the vicinity; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission found that the proposed conditional <br />use will comply with each of the applicable provisions <br />of the Ordinance Code. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. Approves case UP- 83 -15, application of Howard White, Inc. <br />for Valley Plaza Apartments for a conditional use permit <br />to operate a model homes complex and sales office at 4372 <br />and 4374 Valley Avenue subject to the following conditions: <br />1. That the development be substantially as shown on the <br />site plans, elevations and and floor plans, Exhibit A, <br />on file with the Planning Division. <br />2. Approval of this use permit does not constitute approval <br />of any signing for the development and if signing is <br />desired, it shall be submitted to the City under <br />separate application. <br />
