PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON COUNTY OF ALAMEDA STATE OF CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 2311 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF A PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT AS FILED UNDER CASE PUD -83 -9 WHEREAS, Barnett- Range /Shelter Capital and Sid Corrie have applied for PUD (Planned Unit Development) -High Density Residential zoning and development plan approval of a 240 unit garden apartment project on an approximately 11 acre site located immediately south of the Arroyo Mocho, approximately 1500 feet east of the intersection of Santa Rita Road and the Arroyo Mocho Canal; and WHEREAS, zoning for the property is "A" (Agricultural) District; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission considered and approved a negative declaration for this proposal; and WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of June 8, 1983, the Planning Commission received public input, staff recommendation and all related documents concerning this proposal; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission found the subject proposal to be in conformance with the General Plan. NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: Section 1. Recommends approval of case PUD -83 -9, as described herein subject to the conditions shown on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made part of this case by reference. Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately after its passage and adoption.
