That if signing for the development is desired, a <br /> comprehensive signing program shall be su]:mitted to the City <br /> for consideration under separate application. <br /> <br />8. That 6" vertical concrete curbs be installed between all <br /> paved and landscaped areas. <br /> <br />9. That al1 perking spaces be striped and provided with wheel <br /> sto~.l. unless they are fronted by concrete curbs, in which <br /> case sufficient areas shall be provided beyond the ends of <br /> aZ~ parking spaces to accommodate the overhang of <br /> automobiles. <br /> <br />10.
