Modify the exterior design of the paired homes from <br /> wood and brick to stucco and modify the roof from <br /> wood shingle to ceramic tile; <br /> <br /> G. Construct an emergency access road from the <br /> southeasterly cul-de-sac of Smallwood Court <br /> northerly to Benedict Court, all as shown on the <br /> plans on file in the Planning Department labelled <br /> PUD-84-5-1M. <br /> <br /> H. The patio homes (lots 38, 41, 42-48, 51, 53 and 55) <br /> may be no higher, pad to peak, than 16'6". <br /> <br /> I. The two-story patio loft units (lots 37, 39, 40, <br /> 49, 50, 52, and 54) may be no higher, pad to peak, <br /> than 22'6". <br /> <br /> J. The detached, one-story units (lots 21-31) shall <br /> come back for final design review by the Planning <br /> Commission and the City Council. Final design <br /> shall include, but not be limited to overall height <br /> of the sturctures. <br /> <br /> K. That except as modified by Condition 1 above, all <br /> conditions of Case PUD-84-5 shall remain in full <br /> force and effect. <br /> <br />Section 2. This ordinance shall be published once within fifteen <br /> (15) days after its adoption in "The Valley Times," a <br /> newspaper of general circulation published in the City of <br /> Pleasanton. <br /> <br />Section 3.
