33. Perimeter fencing on each lot shall be of one open-type <br /> design. Closed-type fencing and walls can be utilized <br /> within the building setback area subject to Design Review <br /> Board approval. <br /> 34. Only the east facing slope of Lot 4 shall be utilized as a <br /> building site unless further geologic analysis is conducted <br /> and determined to be satisfactory by the City's reviewing <br /> geologist, which establishes the flat, western portion of <br /> Lot 4 as an acceptable building site. <br /> 35.
