Said Code is the Uniform Fire Code, 1988 Edition, including Appendix Chapters I-C, II- A, II-D, III-A, III-B, AND V-A, and the Uniform Fire Code Standards, published by the Western Fire Chiefs Association and the International Conference of Building Officials, three copies of which are on file with the city clerk for use by the public. 20.24.030 Automatic Fire Protection Systems. Section 10,306(i) is added to the Uniform Fire Code to read as follows: Notwithstanding any other provision of the Pleasanton Municipal Code including this Uniform Fire Code installation of automatic fire protection systems shall be required as provided in Section 20.08.050 of the Pleasanton Municipal Code (amending the Uniform Building Code to reflect unique local circumstances)." Section 7: Section 7 (part) of Ordinance 1169, as amended, and Section 20.28,010 of the Pleasanton Municipal Code are hereby amended to read as follows: "20.28,010 Uniform Housing Code adopted. A. There is adopted by reference that certain Code known as the Uniform Housing Code, as more particularly described in this section, except such portions as are amended, modified or deleted in this Chapter, and the same is adopted and incorporated as fully as if set out at length in this Chapter. B. Said Code is the Uniform Housing Code, 1988 Edition, prepared by the International Conference of Building Officials, three copies Of which are on file with the city clerk for use by the public."
