56. The applicant shall reserve an area between lots 69 and 70 for <br /> a future access road to the Kolb property. An offer of dedica- <br /> tion of a roadway easement shall be made at the tentative map <br /> stage and the easement shall be shown on the tentative map, the <br /> width of which shall be determined by the City Engineer. <br /> <br />57. The storm drain system for the project shall be designed such <br /> that the summer flow stays within the piped storm drain system. <br /> The winter flows shall be allowed to flow into the natural <br /> creeks. The specific details of the storm drain system shall <br /> be determined prior to the approval of the tentative map. <br /> <br />58. The applicant shall adjust the lot line between the subject <br /> property and the Lewis property on Dublin Canyon Road such that <br /> the existing access road between them is granted to the Lewis'. <br /> This adjustment shall be accomplished prior to recordation of <br /> the final map. <br /> <br />59. The applicant shall pay its pro rata share of the proposed <br /> improvements to be made at the Dublin Canyon Road/Foothill Road <br /> intersection in order to maintain a Level of Service (LOS) D. <br /> These shall include modifications to Canyon Way, Foothill <br /> Road, Dublin Canyon Road, and the 1-580 freeway interchange, as <br /> follows: <br /> <br /> a. Widen Canyon Way between Stoneridge Mall Road and Foothill <br /> Road to provide a second right turn lane. <br /> b. Widen Dublin Canyon Road to provide an additional <br /> eastbound-northbound left turn lane onto Foothill Road. <br /> c Add a fourth northbound through lane on Foothill Road <br /> between Deodar Way and 1-580.. <br /> <br />60. The applicant shall comply with Standard Conditions of Develop- <br /> ment 26 through 55, except 29 through 31, 46, and 50. <br /> <br />61. Construction of residential units shall not commence until the <br /> Pleasanton Unified School District indicates to the Planning <br /> Director that adequate school capacity for the project-gener- <br /> ated children will be available at the time of occupancy. <br /> <br />62. In the event the applicant fails to receive growth management <br /> approval within 2-1/2 years of PUD approval or, subsequent to <br /> such approval, allows the growth management approval to lapse, <br /> this development plan shall be of no further validity and the <br /> same or new development plan shall be required to be submitted <br /> to and approved by the City prior to any development of the <br /> site. <br /> <br />Rev. 6/19/90 <br /> -22- <br /> <br /> <br />
