Resolution No. 01-123 <br />Page Two <br /> <br />Section 2: Reaffirms the existing sub-allocations for 2002 and 2003 as follows: <br /> <br />2002 2003 <br /> <br />Major Projects 252 <br />First-Come, First-Served Projects 100 <br />Low-Income Projects 50 <br /> <br />25O <br />100 <br /> 5O <br /> <br />Section 3: <br /> <br />Section 4: <br />Section 5: <br />Section 6: <br />Section 7: <br />Section 8: <br /> <br />Approves the request of Greenbriar Homes to reallocate 135 units of its 2001 <br />major-project allocation for the Bemal Property to 2003 (100 units) and 2004 (35 <br />units). <br /> <br />Approves the request of Centex Homes to reallocate its eight units of 2001 <br />major-project allocation in the Vineyard Avenue Corridor to 2003. <br /> <br />Approves the request of Delco Builders to reallocate its 31 units of 2001 <br />major-project allocation in the Vineyard Avenue Corridor to 2003. <br /> <br />Approves the request of Greenbriar Homes to reallocate 10 units of its 2002 major <br />project allocation for the "Heinz Reservation" to 2003. <br /> <br />Approves the request of Greenbriar Homes for a new major project allocation for <br />its Bridle Creek project for 15 units in 2001 and 10 units in 2002. <br /> <br />Authorizes the City Manager to sign Amended Growth Management Agreements <br />with Greenbriar Homes, Centex Homes, and Delco Builders to reflect these <br />reallocations, all in accordance with this resolution. <br /> <br />Section 9: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> <br />
