CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 01-123 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING GROWTH MANAGEMENT <br />RE-ALLOCATIONS AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY <br />MANAGER TO SIGN AMENDED GROWTH <br />MANAGEMENT AGREEMENTS WITH GREENBRIAR <br />HOMES, CENTEX HOMES, AND DELCO BUILDERS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />at its meeting of December 4, 2001, the City Council reviewed the 2001 Growth <br />Management Report and took public testimony concerning growth management <br />issues; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City Council determined that the existing allocations and sub-allocations for <br />2002 and 2003 are consistent with the General Plan and the Growth Management <br />Ordinance; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City Council received requests from Greenbriar Homes, Centex Homes, and <br />Delco Builders to reallocate units approved for 2001 and 2002 to later years, as <br />shown on the attached table; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City Council also received a request from Greenbriar Homes for a new <br />allocation for its Bridle Creek project as a result of the imminent lapsing of <br />building permits issued for that project in 2000, as shown on the attached table. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: <br /> <br />Reaffirms the existing annual allocations for 2002 and 2003 at 402 units and 400 <br />units, respectively. <br /> <br /> <br />
