minimum width of these roads shall be 20 feet . A typical <br /> section for each type of road shall be shown on the tentative <br /> map. <br /> <br />62. The applicant shall require all construction contractors to <br /> water exposed surfaces in late morning and at the end of each <br /> work day, with increased watering when wind speeds exceed ten <br /> mph. Contractors shall also be required to cleanup mud and <br /> dust carried onto the streets by construction vehicles on a <br /> daily basis or as determined necessary by the City Engineer. <br /> <br />63. All site improvement activities shall be limited to the hours <br /> of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. All construction equipment shall <br /> 0meet DMV noise standards and shall be equipped with muffling <br /> devices. When necessary, shielding material shall be used <br /> for unusually high noise generation areas. <br /> <br />64. The applicant shall negotiate in a good faith effort to <br /> acquire the necessary street right-of-way for Foothill Road <br /> across the adjacent property to the south. Should the <br /> developer be unable to acquire said right-of-way, the City <br /> may use its right of eminent domain. The developer shall <br /> reimburse to City any cost incurred in the right-of-way <br /> acquisition. <br /> <br />65. All sanitary sewers and laterals shall be designed to flow by <br /> gravity. <br /> <br />66. All landslides in undeveloped areas that are not a hazard to <br /> the development shall be left natural and should not be <br /> repaired. <br /> <br />67. The applicant shall incorporate a raised acoustical berm and <br /> dense tree/shrub planting within the open space area between <br /> Lot 1 and Foothill Road if determined by the Planning <br /> Director after reconfiguration of Lots 1-4. The final design <br /> of this area shall be depicted on the landscape plans <br /> submitted in conjunction with the final map. All of these <br /> improvements shall be installed with the subdivision <br /> improvements. <br /> <br />68. The developer shall install water and sewer utility lines to <br /> the Sorenson residence. The developer shall also provide <br /> easements for access to the residence, to the well, and to <br /> the water tank. These easements shall be shown on the <br /> tentative map; these easements and utility lines shall be <br /> subject to approval by the Planning Commission at the <br /> tentative map stage. <br /> <br />69. The developer shall enter into an agreement with the City to <br /> enter into an assessment district or districts for the <br /> construction of all the facilities necessary for the <br /> amelioration of traffic congestion in the North Pleasanton/ <br /> Foothill Road Corridor, of which it is a part.
