PIeasancon, C~nty <br /> <br /> of Alan. S., State of CalifOrnia <br /> 2. City hereby employs Engineers as <br />doing of all necessary work and exercising all <br /> <br />Engineer of Work for the <br />functions provided for the <br /> <br />office of City Engineer under the provisions of the Municipal Improve- <br />men[ Act of 1913 in connection with the improvements to be made in <br />said Assessment District No. 6&-3. Said services s~all include the <br /> <br />fol lo~ln&: <br /> <br />Doing of all necessary eng£neering work and engineering <br />of all functions provided for the off[ce of City <br />Engineer in the Nunic[val Improvement Act of 1913; <br /> <br />Preparation and furnishing of all surveys, original <br />drawings, maps and blueprints, plans and specifications <br />preparation of assessmeat roll, assessment diagram, and <br />any and all other services which may be required from <br /> <br />the Engineer of Work under the provisions of the said <br />Nunicipa~ Improvement Act of 19lB; <br /> <br />Supervision and direction of all engineering work resulted <br />to be taken by City, or its officers, agents or employees <br />in connection with the improvements; <br /> <br />d. Rendition of general consultation and advice to City, its <br /> officers and employees or agents with respect to the <br /> planning, preparation and handling of all engineer£ng <br /> p~nsas of the aforesaid proceedings; <br /> <br />Attendance at such conferences and public meetings tn <br />City as may be reasonably necessary to perform this eon- <br />tract of emplo)nnent. <br /> <br />3. For preliminary work, including preliminary cost estimates, <br /> <br />preliminary boundary map, and preliminary design, Engineers shall <br /> <br />receive compensation on a tram basin not to exceed One Thousand Oollars <br /> <br />($),o00.00). <br /> <br />-1- <br /> <br /> <br />
