CIVIL ENGINEERS, INC., <br />be. and they ·re hereby, appointed ·s Engineer of Work for the doing <br />of all necessary engineering work and exercising all of the functions <br />provided for the office of Engineer of Work under the provisions of the <br />Municipal Improvement Act of 1913 in connection with improvements <br />to be made in Assessment District No. 64-3, City of Ple·s·nton, Alameda <br /> <br />County.
