for the improvement of said Sewage Treatment Plant. The cost of <br />completing said planter strip, in excess of Five Thousand Dollars <br />($5,000.00), shall be paid by the owners of the real property within <br />said assessment district. The cost of improvement of said Sewage <br />Treatment Plant, in excess of Eight Thousand Oollars ($8,000.00), <br />shall be paid by the City of Pleasanton. <br /> <br /> This City Council hereb~ finds all of the property within <br />the boundaries of Assessment District No[ 63-1 will be benefitted <br />by said additional work in Proportion to the assessments heretofore <br />levied against said property in these proceedings.
