RESOLUTION NO. <br /> <br />3586 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING CHANGES IN THE WORK <br />TO BE DONE AND ORDERING EXECUTION OF WORK <br />BY THE CITY OF PLEASANTON, ASSESSMENT <br />DISTRICT NO. 63-1, MISSION PARK ASSESSMENT <br />DISTRICT NO. 1, CITY OF PLEASANTON, ALAMEDA <br /> COUNTY~ CALIFORNIA. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, there has been filed with the City Clerk of the <br /> <br /> City of Pleasanton, Alameda County, California, a Petition for <br /> Change in Work to be Done in Assessment District No. 63-1, Mission <br /> Park Assessment District No. 1, City of Pleasanton, Alameda County, <br /> California, which Petition is signed by the owners of all of the <br /> real property within~said assessment district; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, said Petition requests the addition of the following <br /> described work to be paid for in part out of the Improvement Fund for <br /> said Assessment District, <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the <br /> <br /> City of Pleasanton, Alameda County, California, as follows: <br /> <br /> That, pursuant to Section 10352 of the Streets and Highways <br />Code of the State of California, this City Council hereby orders changes <br />in the work to be done in Assessment District No. 63-1 by the addition <br />of the following described work: <br /> <br /> a. ConstrU'ction and landscaping of a planter strip along <br /> Sunol Boulevard, in accordance with Drawing No. 2517-1, <br /> "Planter Strip Plan", which plan has been prepared <br /> by the Engineer of Work for Assessment District No <br /> 63-1 and has been filed with the City Clerk of the City <br /> of Pleasanton. <br /> <br /> b. Improvement of the Sewage Treatment Plant of the City of <br /> Pleasanton in accordance with that certain plan entitled <br /> "Trickling Filter Reconstruction", which plan was pre- <br /> pared by Kennedy Engineers, 604 Mission Street, San <br /> Francisco, California, and has been filed with the <br /> City Clerk of the City of Pleasanton. <br /> <br /> By a two-thirds vote of all its members this City Council <br />hereby orders that said additional work shall be performed by the <br />City of Pleasanton, through the employment of REDWICK & BANKE, INC., <br />to construct and landscape said planter strip on a time and materials <br />basis, and through employees of the City o~ Pleasanton to perform the <br />improvement of said sewage treatment plant. <br /> <br /> Said additional work shall be paid for out of the improvement <br />fund for Assessment District No. 63-1, but only to the extent of Five <br />Thousand Dollars ($5,000.00) for the construction and landscaping of said <br />planter strip, and only to the extent of Eight Thousand Dollars ($8,000.00) <br /> <br />-1- <br /> <br />COPY <br /> <br /> <br />
