Ordinance No. 1467 <br />Page 4 <br /> <br />Section 2. The Zoning Map of the City of Pleasanton dated <br /> April 18, 1960, on file with the City Clerk, designating <br /> and dividing the City into zoning districts is hereby <br /> amended by Zoning Unit Map 388, attached hereto as <br /> Exhibit "A" dated June 5, 1990, and incorporated herein <br /> by reference. <br /> <br />Section 3. The City staff is directed to cause a Notice of <br /> Determination to be filed pursuant to Section 5.4(g) of <br /> Resolution No. 77-66. <br /> <br />Section 3. Approves the development plan for a five-lot <br /> residential PUD, including the development of four new <br /> single family residences for the property located at 445 <br /> Kottinger Drive, subject to the conditions shown on <br /> Exhibit "B" attached hereto and made part of this case <br /> by reference. <br /> <br />Section 4. This ordinance shall be published once within fifteen <br /> (15) days after its adoption in "The Tri-Valley Herald," <br /> a newspaper of general circulation published in the City <br /> of Pleasanton. <br /> <br />Section 5. This ordinance shall be effective thirty (30) days <br /> after the date of its final passage and adoption. <br /> <br />INTRODUCED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City <br />of Pleasanton on June 5, 1990. <br /> <br />ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br />Pleasanton on June 19, 1990 by the following vote: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Brandes, Mohr, and Mayor Mercer <br />NOES: Councilmember Tarver <br />ABSENT: Councilmember Butler <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br /> KENNETH R.
