SO UTION NO. ,RESOLUTION ORDERING CHANGES IN THE WORK TO BE DONE, ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 63-1, MISSION PARK ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 1, CITY OF PLEASANTON, ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA. WHEREAS, there has been filed with the City Clerk of the City of Pleasanton, Alameda County, California, a Petition for Change in Work to be Done in Assessment District No. 63-1, Mission Park Assessment District No. 1, City of Pleasanton, Alameda County, California, which Petition is signed by the owners of all of the real property within said assessment district; and WHEREAS, said Petition requests certain changes in the work to be done and paid for out of the Improvement Fund for said assessment district, which changes are hereinafter set forth, NOW,. THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Pleasanton, Alameda County, California, as follows: That, pursuant to Section 10352 of the Streets and Highways Code of the State of California, this City Council hereby orders changes in the work to be done in Assessment District 63-1 in accordance with the schedules attached hereto as "EXHIBIT A" and by reference in- corporated herein. This City Council hereby finds that all of the property within the boundaries of Assessment District No. 63-1 will be benefited by the work as herein changed in proportion to the assessments hereto- fore levied against said property in these proceedings.
