4. Specific safeguards regarding the generation of <br />noise and dust by Company operations will be formulated <br />and adhered to, including the following: <br /> <br /> a. No diesel-powered draglines will be permitted <br /> to operate on either the "Mayo", "Feidler" or <br /> "Busch" properties, unless they operate within <br /> the sound levels of electric-powered draglines. <br /> <br /> b. Engines on dirt moving equipment used to remove <br /> overburden on the "Mayo", "Feidler", or "Busch" <br /> properties will be fully muffled. <br /> <br /> c. All possible steps will be taken in Company <br /> operations to eliminate dust caused by said <br /> operations. <br /> <br />5.
