5) Parcel A shall be designed to provide driveway <br /> access to the restaurant site located on the <br /> Parcel's north side if determined to be appropriate <br /> by the City Engineer and Director of Planning. <br /> <br /> c. Parcel B <br /> 1) Maximum building height shall be 22'. <br /> <br /> 2) Buildings located near Stoneridge Drive and Hopyard <br /> Road shall be one-story and shall generally be <br /> limited to a maximum height of 18 feet, measured <br /> from the parking lot grade to the top-of-roof or <br /> parapet wall.
