Building elements and landscaping shall be used to <br /> screen truck loading areas from public streets. <br /> <br /> 1. All parking lot trees shall be installed with root boxes <br /> and deep watering pipes. <br /> <br /> m. Minimum parking requirements for the uses covered by <br /> this development plan shall be as specified under <br /> Section 18.88,030, "Schedule of Off-Street Parking Space <br /> Requirements" of the Pleasanton Municipal Code. Final <br /> parking requirements shall be determined on a case by <br /> case basis at the time of design review. <br /> <br /> n. Off-street loading facilities shall be reviewed and <br /> required on a case by case basis at the time of design <br /> review. <br /> <br /> o. Development is subject to the following Standard <br /> Conditions of Approval including Nos. 1 through 11, 13 <br /> through 21, 24 through 27, 31, 38, 40 through 44, 52, <br /> 53, 55, and 56. <br /> <br /> 9. Parcel A <br /> <br /> 1) Maximum building height for the hotel shall be two <br /> stories or 40 feet measured from grade to the <br /> building parapet or ridge. <br /> <br /> 2) Maximum height for the restaurant/financial <br /> building shall be 25' measured from grade to the <br /> building parapet or ridge. <br /> <br /> 3) Maximum height for the retail building shall be 40' <br /> measured from grade to the building parapet or <br /> ridge. <br /> <br />" 4) Maximum hotel floor area shall be specified at <br /> 40,000 sq. ft. <br /> <br /> - 5 - <br /> <br /> <br />
