Ordinance No. 1483 <br />Page Two <br /> <br />Section 3: Approves the development plan to construct a new, <br /> approximately 5,300 square foot, fast-food restaurant <br /> with drive-through located at 6800 Santa Rita Road in the <br /> area generally bounded by Pimlico Drive and the new <br /> eastbound entrance ramp from Santa Rita Road to 1-580, <br /> subject to the conditions on Exhibit "B" attached hereto <br /> and incorporated herein by this reference. <br /> <br />Section 4: The City staff is directed to cause a Notice of <br /> Determination to be filed pursuant to Section 5.4 (g) of <br /> Resolution No. 77-66. <br /> <br />Section 5: This ordinance shall be published once within <br /> fifteen (15) days after its adoption in "The Valley <br /> Times," a newspaper of general circulation published in <br /> the City of Pleasanton. <br /> <br />Section 6: This ordinance shall be effective thirty (30) days <br /> after the date of its final passage and adoption. <br /> <br />INTRODUCED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br />Pleasanton on August 21, 1990 . <br /> <br />ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br />Pleasanton on September 4, 1990 by the following vote: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Butler, Mohr, Tarver, and Mayor Mercer <br />NOES: Councilmember Brandes <br />ABSENT: None ~~ <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br /> KENNETH R.
