That the developer shall submit preliminary drainage <br /> calculations for the existing 12" storm drain line within <br /> Rachael Place to ensure that there is adequate capacity <br /> within the storm drain system. Said calculations shall be <br /> submitted for review in conjunction with the application to <br /> subdivide any portion of the subject property. <br /> <br /> 17. That the final design and location of the 6 foot project <br /> wall along the Stanley Boulevard frontage of the site shall <br /> be subject to review and approval by the Planning Director <br /> prior to the issuance of a building permit for the project. <br /> <br /> 18. That an easement shall be granted and paved access shall be <br /> provided between the northern end of the cul-de-sac and the <br /> public storm drain manhole located at the northwest corner <br /> of Lot 7. The details of the easement and paved access <br /> shall be subject to review and approval by the Planning <br /> Director and City Engineer prior to the recordation of a <br /> final map for project. <br /> <br />19.
