Ordinance No. 1490 <br />Page Two <br /> <br />Section 2. The Zoning Map of the City of Pleasanton dated <br /> April 8, 1960, on file with the City Clerk, designating <br /> and dividing the City into zoning districts is hereby <br /> amended by Zoning Unit Map No. 394, attached hereto as <br /> Exhibit "A" dated November 20, 1990, and incorporated <br /> herein by reference. <br /> <br />Section 3. Approves the development plan to construct a two-story, <br /> approximately 48,000 sq. ft., 70 room senior care <br /> facility to be located on an approximately 1.5 acre site <br /> located on the north side of Mohr Avenue immediately <br /> westerly of the former Southern Pacific Railroad right- <br /> of-way subject to the conditions shown on Exhibit "A" <br /> attached hereto and made part of this case (PUD-90-7) by <br /> reference. <br /> <br /> Section 4.. The City staff is directed to cause a Notice of <br /> Determination to be file pursuant to Section 5.49(g) of <br /> Resolution No. 77-66. <br /> <br /> Section 5. This ordinance shall be published once within fifteen <br /> (15) days after its adoption in "The Valley Times", a <br /> newspaper of general circulation published in the City of <br /> Pleasanton. <br /> <br /> Section 6.
