EXHIBIT B <br /> <br /> Conditions of Approval <br /> <br /> City Council <br /> PUD-90-14 <br /> December 11, 1990 <br /> <br /> 1. The following uses shall be permitted on the project covered <br /> by this rezoning: <br /> <br /> a. One family single-family detached, townhouse, and "in- <br /> law" rental units shown on Exhibit A, as ownership or <br /> rental units, except that the "in-law" units on lots 42 <br /> through 75 and 77 through 88 shall remain as rental <br /> units; <br /> <br /> b. Temporary subdivision sales offices conducted in accord <br /> with the regulations prescribed in Chapter 18.116 of the <br /> Pleasanton Municipal Code; <br /> <br /> c. Household pets; <br /> <br /> d. Small family day care homes for less than six children <br /> only within a single family detached unit or townhouse <br /> unit; <br /> <br /> e. Home occupations conducted in accord with the regulations <br /> prescribed in Chapter 18,104 of the Pleasanton Municipal <br /> Code; and <br /> <br /> f. Large family day care homes in accordance with Article II <br /> of Chapter 18.124 of the Pleasanton Municipal Code. <br /> <br />2. The development plan for Case PUD-90-14 shall substantially <br /> conform with the plans dated December 5, 1990, Exhibit A, on <br /> file with the Planning Department, except as modified by the <br /> following conditions of approval. <br /> <br />3. Development standards for the typical lots on Sheets 9 through <br /> 12 of the development plan shall be submitted with the <br /> tentative map for review by the Planning Commission. Special <br /> lot development standards for those lots not meeting the <br /> typical lot standards shall be also shown on the tentative map <br /> for review by the Planning Commission. All private lot <br /> development shall conform to these development standards. <br /> <br />4. Prior to issuance of building permits, the applicant shall <br /> provide a complete set of working drawing landscape and <br /> <br /> <br />
