Ordinance No. 1495 <br />Page Two <br /> <br />Section 3: Approves the development plan for construction of 158 <br /> residential units consisting of 88 single-family <br /> detached, 24 single-family attached townhouses, and 46 <br /> single-family detached "carriage" units to be located on <br /> a 12.76 acre site and to rezone the site from R-i-20,000 <br /> and PUD (Planned Unit Development) - Commercial District <br /> to PUD (Planned Unit Development) - High Density <br /> Residential District, said site is located at 3801, 3963, <br /> and 3967 Stanley Boulevard on property generally bounded <br /> by the ;new Del Valle Parkway, Stanley Boulevard, and the <br /> Union Pacific Railroad;, subject to the conditions on <br /> Exhibit "B" attached hereto and by this reference <br /> incorporated herein. <br /> <br />Section 4: The City staff is directed to cause a Notice of <br /> Determination to be filed pursuant to Section 5.4(g) of <br /> Resolution No. 77-66. <br /> <br />Section 5: This ordinance shall be published once within fifteen <br /> (15) days after its adoption in "The Valley Times," a <br /> newspaper of general circulation published in the City of <br /> Pleasanton. <br /> <br />Section 6: This ordinance shall be effective thirty (30) days <br /> after the date of its final passage and adoption. <br /> <br />INTRODUCED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br />Pleasanton on December 11, 1990. <br /> <br />ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br />Pleasanton on January 8, 1991 by the following vote: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Butler, Mohr, Scribner, Tarver, and <br /> Mayor Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br /> KENN OR <br /> Peg~d~J~zidr~, City Clerk <br /> <br /> Michael H.
