CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA ORDINANCE NO. 1495 ORDINANCE APPROVING THE APPLICATION OF JOSEPH W. C.,,~T~, JR. FOR PUD REZONING AND DEVELOPMENT PLAN APPROVAL TO CONSTRUCT 158 RESIDENTIAL UNITS ON A 12.76 ACRE SITE LOCATED AT 3801, 3963, AND 3967 ~TANLEY BOULEVARD, FILED UNDER CASE PUD-90-14 WHEREAS, Joseph W. Callahan, Jr. applied for development plan approval for construction of 158 residential units consisting of 88 single-family detached, 24 single-family attached townhouses, and 46 single-family detached "carriage" units to be located on a 12.76 acre site and to rezone the site from R-i-20,000 and PUD (Planned Unit Development) - Commercial District to PUD (Planned Unit Development) - High Density Residential District, said site is located at 3801, 3963, and 3967 Stanley Boulevard on property generally bounded by the new Del Valle Parkway, Stanley Boulevard, and the Union Pacific Railroad; and WHEREAS, based on the Initial Environmental Study, a negative declaration was adopted by Council on December 11, 1990; and WHEREAS, Council received the Planning Commission's recommendation for approval of the development plan and rezoning; and WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held on December 11, 1990; and WHEREAS, the City Council finds that this development plan and rezoning is consistent with the General Plan policies of the City of Pleasanton; THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY 0F PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: Approves the rezoning of an approximately 12.76 acre site located at 3801, 3963, and 3967 Stanley Boulevard to the PUD (Planned Unit Development) - High Density Residential District. Section 2: The Zoning Map of the City of Pleasanton dated April 18, 1960, o file with the City Clerk, designating and dividing the City into zoning districts is hereby amended by Zoning Unit Map #396, attached hereto as Exhibit "A" dated December 11, 1990, and incorporated herein by reference.
