CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 1495 <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE APPROVING THE APPLICATION OF JOSEPH <br /> W. C.,,~T~, JR. FOR PUD REZONING AND <br /> DEVELOPMENT PLAN APPROVAL TO CONSTRUCT 158 <br /> RESIDENTIAL UNITS ON A 12.76 ACRE SITE LOCATED <br /> AT 3801, 3963, AND 3967 ~TANLEY BOULEVARD, <br /> FILED UNDER CASE PUD-90-14 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Joseph W. Callahan, Jr. applied for development plan <br /> approval for construction of 158 residential units <br /> consisting of 88 single-family detached, 24 single-family <br /> attached townhouses, and 46 single-family detached <br /> "carriage" units to be located on a 12.76 acre site and <br /> to rezone the site from R-i-20,000 and PUD (Planned Unit <br /> Development) - Commercial District to PUD (Planned Unit <br /> Development) - High Density Residential District, said <br /> site is located at 3801, 3963, and 3967 Stanley Boulevard <br /> on property generally bounded by the new Del Valle <br /> Parkway, Stanley Boulevard, and the Union Pacific <br /> Railroad; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, based on the Initial Environmental Study, a negative <br /> declaration was adopted by Council on December 11, 1990; <br /> and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Council received the Planning Commission's recommendation <br /> for approval of the development plan and rezoning; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held on December 11, <br /> 1990; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council finds that this development plan and <br /> rezoning is consistent with the General Plan policies of <br /> the City of Pleasanton; <br /> <br /> THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY 0F PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS <br /> FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> Section 1: Approves the rezoning of an approximately 12.76 acre <br /> site located at 3801, 3963, and 3967 Stanley Boulevard to <br /> the PUD (Planned Unit Development) - High Density <br /> Residential District. <br /> <br /> Section 2: The Zoning Map of the City of Pleasanton dated <br /> April 18, 1960, o file with the City Clerk, designating <br /> and dividing the City into zoning districts is hereby <br /> amended by Zoning Unit Map #396, attached hereto as <br /> Exhibit "A" dated December 11, 1990, and incorporated <br /> herein by reference. <br /> <br /> <br />
