Ordinance No. 1494 <br />Page 2 <br /> <br />Section 2: Section 18.08.330 of the pleasanton Municipal Code is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br /> -18.08.330 Service Station <br /> <br /> A. ,Service Station, Full-Service' means a place where <br /> gasoline or other motor fuel, grease, lubricating <br /> oil and accessories for the normal operation of <br /> motor vehicles are offered for sale to the public, <br /> the direct delivery of gasoline, motor fuel and <br /> lubricants into the motor vehicle is made by the <br /> station operator or vehicle operator, and where <br /> minor repairs to motor vehicles are performed only <br /> inside a work bay. One tow truck based at the site <br /> may be considered an incidental use to the service <br /> station. <br /> <br /> B. ,Service Station, Self-Service' means a place where <br /> gasoline or other motor fuel and lubricating oil <br /> for the normal operation of motor vehicles are <br /> offered for sale to the public and the direct <br /> delivery of motor fuel and lubricants into the <br /> motor vehicle is made by the vehicle operator. <br /> C. ,Service Station, Quick-Service' means a place <br /> where lubrication of the motor vehicle chassis, <br /> engine, and drive train is performed by the service <br /> station operator and where minor repair to motor <br /> vehicles may be performed." <br /> <br /> <br />
