6. Health and safety issues. The Park Owner shall inspect and test all gas service lines <br />annually and shall ensure that all gas cocks are leak fight and can be easily shut offin <br />case of an emergency; the Park Owner shall replace those that leak or that cannot be <br />easily shut off. The Park Owner shall arrange for the fire hydrants within the park to be <br />inspected and tested semi-annually.
