50. The raised median on "E" Court at its intersection with "A " Street shall be eliminated. <br /> <br />51. An area 5 foot in width behind the curb or sidewalk, whichever is applicable, shall be graded <br /> at a maximum slope of 2 % towards the street. This requirement shall apply to all streets. <br /> <br />52. The developer shall modify the traffic-signal on Foothill Road at Muirwood Drive (north) to <br /> provide detection and indication for "B' Court. <br /> <br />53. The disposition of the relocation of the existing security gate on the Glenn, Joel, Lehne, et al <br /> assess easement shall be shown on any tentative map application. In general the security gate <br /> shall be placed at the southern edge of the Moiler property to the satisfaction of the easement <br /> holders. The specific details of the new location shall be shown on any tentative map <br /> application. <br /> <br />54. During construction of "B' Court, vehicular access for the Glenn, Joel, Lehne, et al easement <br /> shall be maintained at all times. <br /> <br />55. In conjunction with any tentative map application, specific details for the relocation of existing <br /> mailboxes for any of the Glenn, Joel, Lehne, et al easement holders shall be submitted. In <br /> general the addresses shall not be required to change. <br /> <br />56. Based on the site visit conducted February 20, 1991 with Pleasanton Planning staff, pwject <br /> proponents, and the Department of Fish and Game staff, the project shall incorporate the <br /> following: <br /> <br /> a. That the northern lot line for Lot #12A shall not be closer than 25 feet to the top of the <br /> adjacent drainage swale. <br /> <br /> b. That a large arched open culvert shall be used for the crossing of the drainage swale by <br /> "C" Court and "B~ Court to the satisfaction of the Department of Fish and Game. <br /> <br /> c. That the settlement pond above the spring shall be improved as Tiger Salamander <br /> habitat. The details of the improvements plans shall be subject to Fish and Game <br /> review and approval and shall include providing 1 to 2 feet of water in the pond <br /> between January to June and installing additional plant habitat. <br /> <br /> d. That the drainage swale between Lots 3A and 4A shall be relocated and enhanced. The <br /> specific details of this relocation shall be included on any tentative map application. <br /> <br /> e. Any work within creeks, including fills, bridges, and culvets, will require a Streambed <br /> Alteration Agreement with the Department of Fish and Game. <br /> <br />57. This development plan shall not be valid until the annexation has been finalized. <br /> <br /> <br />
