32. All utilities to the site shall be bored under Santa Rim Road unless otherwise <br /> approved by the City Engineer. <br /> <br />33. The applicant/developer shall be responsible for all necessary striping and signage <br /> change required by the bus stop relocation. <br /> <br />34. All on-site and off-site utilities to serve the development shall be shown on the <br /> tentative map. <br /> <br />35. All units shall be equipped with automatic roll-up sectional garage doors. <br /> <br />36. The wall signage for the project shall be halo-lit. Specific details shall be submitted <br /> to the Planning Department for review and approval. <br /> <br />37. Those units which are subject to exterior noise levels that exceed 60 dB L~. shall have <br /> information placed on the deed of trust which notifies all future buyers of the <br /> projected noise level.
