for lot 113C shall be subject to review and <br /> approval in conjunction with the house plans for <br /> this lot. The developer shall bond for, or <br /> otherwise provide for, the cost of extending a <br /> sound wall across this lot's frontage on Bernal <br /> Avenue, should it be necessary. The design of the <br /> house on lot 113C shall attempt to create a yard <br /> area buffered from Bernal Avenue sound by the house <br /> and, if necessary, wing walls rather than relying <br /> on a continuous sound wall for noise attenuation. <br /> <br />7) The applicant shall extend Mirador Drive through to <br /> Bernal Drive. With the Mirador Drive extension, <br /> the developer shall be stripe Mirador Drive where <br /> required by the City Engineer. <br /> <br />8) With the Mirador Drive extension the developer <br /> shall install stop signs, advance signing, and <br /> pavement legends at: <br /> <br /> a) the eastbound and westbound Abbie Street <br /> approach to Mirador Drive, <br /> b) the westbound Bonde Court approach to Mirador <br /> Drive, <br /> c) the westbound Mirador Court approach to <br /> Mirador Drive, <br /> d) eastbound and westbound Neal Street approach <br /> to Mirador Drive, <br /> e) eastbound Del Sol approach to Mirador Drive, <br /> and <br /> f) on all "legs" of the Abbie Street/Mirador <br /> Drive intersection. <br /> <br />9) The approximately 10' area at the westerly boundary <br /> of Lots 46 through 50 over which title is unclear <br /> shall be "quit-claimed" to the downslope property <br /> owners.
