review and approval of the project site's wildland <br /> fire protection plan as well as plans for <br /> subsequent development of the project site, and <br /> mitigation measures which will be imposed in <br /> connection with future approvals necessary for <br /> development of the project site, have mitigated or <br /> will mitigate to a level of insignificance any <br /> impacts of the project upon fire protection <br /> services. <br /> <br /> 3. To the extent that impacts on water supply could be <br /> significant, the city council finds that mitigation <br /> measure is feasible and will be implemented by the <br /> City with project development. <br /> <br /> 4. The City Council finds that the above-referenced <br /> mitigation measures, measures incorporated into the <br /> project, and other measures which will be imposed <br /> in connection with future approvals necessary for <br /> development of the project site, have mitigated or <br /> will mitigate water supply and delivery impacts of <br /> the project to a level of insignificance. <br /> <br />F. Geology, Soils, Grading and Drainage <br /> Impacts: <br /> <br /> 1. The City finds that approval of the project could <br /> result in a potentially significant level of impact <br /> due to cuts and fills which could aggravate slope <br /> instability (Final EIR page 8--16). <br /> <br /> 2. The City finds that approval of the project could <br /> increase the potential for stream, gully and sheet <br /> erosion during construction and after development. <br /> This is a potential significant impact (Final EIR, <br /> pages 8-17 and 8-18). <br /> <br /> 3. The City finds that approval of the project could <br /> result in damage to structures and improvements on <br /> fill, if the fill is improperly constructed. This <br /> is a potential significant impact (Final EIR, pages <br /> 8-18 and 8-19). <br /> <br /> 4. The City finds that approval of the project could <br /> result in damage to structures founded on expansive <br /> soil from earth movement due to changing soil <br /> moisture content. This is a potential significant <br /> impact (Final EIR, pages 8-19 and 8-20). <br /> <br /> 5. The City finds that approval of the project could <br /> result in a potential significant impact, due to <br /> <br /> - 17 - <br /> <br /> <br />
