Section 18.20.040 Term <br /> <br /> A. The initial appointment of board members shall be <br /> for the following respective terms: one for four years; <br /> one for three years; one for two years; and the <br /> alternate for two years. Thereafter, all appointments <br /> shall be for a term of four years. No member shall <br /> serve more than two consecutive terms. A person <br /> appointed to fill a vacancy shall serve for the <br /> remainder of the unexpired term. <br /> <br /> B. (Reletter existing subsections C, D and E to B, C <br /> and D, otherwise, no change.) <br /> <br /> Section 18.20.100 Projects subject to design review <br /> board and zoning administrator <br /> review. <br /> <br /> A. The board is empowered to review and make <br /> decisions concerning the following classes of projects: <br /> <br /> 1. All outdoor uses, new improvements and <br /> structures, or expansions thereof, proposed within <br /> all zoning districts except the PUD district, <br /> except those specifically delegated herein to the <br /> zoning administrator. <br /> <br /> 2. All outdoor uses, new improvements and <br /> structures in PUD districts in which the <br /> conditions of approval specifically have delegated <br /> decision making authority to the board for final <br /> improvement and/or structure design approval. <br /> <br /> 3. All models of single-family projects. <br /> <br /> 4. All signs, illuminated or non-illuminated, <br /> proposed to be located in an R-1 zoning district <br /> or PUD district developed under R-1 standards. <br /> <br /> B. The board is empowered to review and make <br /> recommendations to the planning commission and city <br /> council concerning the following classes of projects: <br /> <br /> 1. All new improvements and structures, or <br /> expansions or modifications thereof, proposed as <br /> part of a PUD development plan. <br /> <br /> C. The zoning administrator is empowered to review <br /> and make decisions regarding the following classes of <br /> projects: <br /> <br /> (Paragraphs 1, 2 and 3, no change.) <br /> <br />Ordinance No. 1520 -2- <br /> <br /> <br />
