Ordinance No. 1519 <br />Page Two <br /> <br />Section 1: Approves the application of Signature Properties for <br /> a major modification to an approved PUD Development plan <br /> to allow construction of 151 townhouse and condominium <br /> units on a 12.4 acre site located on lot 24A of the <br /> Hacienda Business Park, bounded by West Las Positas <br /> Boulevard, Stoneridge Drive, the Arroyo Mocho Canal, and <br /> Tassajara Creek, subject to the conditions on Exhibit <br /> "B", attached hereto and incorporated herein by this <br /> reference. <br /> <br />Section 2: Approves the transfer of Growth Management approval <br /> from the Summerhill Development Company project <br /> (PUD-81-30-50D) to the Signature Properties project <br /> (PUD-81-30-52D), involving the same lapsing date (91 <br /> units on December 31, 1992, and 62 units on December 31, <br /> 1993). <br /> <br />Section 3: This ordinance shall be published once within fifteen <br /> (15) days after its adoption in "The Tri-Valley Herald," <br /> a newspaper of general circulation published in the City <br /> of Pleasanton. <br /> <br />Section 4: This ordinance shall be effective thirty (30) days <br /> after the date of its final passage and adoption. <br /> <br />INTRODUCED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br />Pleasanton on September 17, 1991. <br /> <br />ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br />Pleasanton on October 1, 1991 by the following vote: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Butler, Scribner, Tarver, and Mayor <br /> Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Councilmember Mohr <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br /> KENNETH R.
