Residential <br /> developments on this site which are not accounted for in the <br /> dedication of park land shall be subject to payment of the <br /> City of Pleasanton park in-lieu fees, with said fees to be <br /> determined annually by the City Council, per Municipal Code <br /> Section 19.44,070.
