Ordinance No. 1532 <br />Page Two <br /> <br />Section 4: The City staff is directed to cause a Notice of <br /> ' Determination to be filed pursuant to Section 5.4(g) of <br /> Resolution No. 77-66. <br />Section 5: A summary of this ordinance shall be published once <br /> within fifteen (15) days after its adoption in "The Tri- <br /> Valley Herald," a newspaper of general circulation <br /> published in the City of Pleasanton, and the complete <br /> ordinance shall be posted for fifteen (15) days in the <br /> City Clerk's office within fifteen (15) days after its <br /> adoption · <br /> <br /> Sect~n 6: This ordinance shall be effective thirty (30) days <br /> after the date of its final passage and adoption. <br /> INTRODUCED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br /> Pleasanton on December 10, 1991. <br /> ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br /> Pleasanton on January 7, 199~ by the following vote: <br /> <br /> AYES: Counci lmembers - Butler, Mohr, Scribner, Tarver, and <br /> Mayor Mercer <br /> NOES: None <br /> ABSENT: None <br /> ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br /> KENNETH R.
