CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 1532 <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE APPROVINGTHE APPLICATION OF KEN <br /> GOOCH/ORION HOMES, INC. FOR REZONING AND <br /> DEVELOPMENT PLAN APPROVALAS FIT~DUNDERCASE <br /> PUD-91-09 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Ken Gooch/Orion Homes, Inc. has applied to rezone an <br /> approximately 0.17 acre parcel from the RM-4,000 <br /> (Multiple Family Residential) zoning district and <br /> development plan approval for the renovation of an <br /> existing single-family residence and the construction of <br /> an additional 845 sq. ft. single-family residence on a <br /> 7,359, sq. ft. site located at 216 Kottinger Drive; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, based on the Initial Environmental Study, a negative <br /> declaration was adopted by Council on December 10, 1991; <br /> and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Council received the Planning Commission's <br /> recommendations for approval of the rezoning and <br /> development plan approval; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held on December 10, <br /> 1991; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council finds that this development plan and <br /> rezoning is consistent with the General Plan policies of <br /> the City of Pleasanton. <br /> <br /> THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS <br /> FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> Section 1: Approves the rezoning of an approximately 0.17 acre <br /> parcel located at 216 Kottinger Drive to the PUD (Planned <br /> Unit Development) - High Density Residential. <br /> <br /> Section 2: The Zoning Map of the City of Pleasanton dated <br /> April 18, 1960, on file with the city clerk, designating <br /> and dividing the City into zoning districts is hereby <br /> amended by Zoning Unit Map No. 406, attached hereto as <br /> Exhibit "A", dated December 10, 1991, and incorporated <br /> herein by this reference. <br /> <br /> Section 3: Approves the development plan to allow the renovation <br /> of an existing single-family residence and the <br /> construction of an additional 845 sq. ft. single-family <br /> residence on a 7,359 sq. ft. site located at 216 <br /> Kottinger Drive, subject to the conditions shown on <br /> Exhibit "B" attached hereto and incorporated herein by <br /> this reference. <br /> <br /> <br />
