CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA ORDINANCE NO. 1532 AN ORDINANCE APPROVINGTHE APPLICATION OF KEN GOOCH/ORION HOMES, INC. FOR REZONING AND DEVELOPMENT PLAN APPROVALAS FIT~DUNDERCASE PUD-91-09 WHEREAS, Ken Gooch/Orion Homes, Inc. has applied to rezone an approximately 0.17 acre parcel from the RM-4,000 (Multiple Family Residential) zoning district and development plan approval for the renovation of an existing single-family residence and the construction of an additional 845 sq. ft. single-family residence on a 7,359, sq. ft. site located at 216 Kottinger Drive; and WHEREAS, based on the Initial Environmental Study, a negative declaration was adopted by Council on December 10, 1991; and WHEREAS, Council received the Planning Commission's recommendations for approval of the rezoning and development plan approval; and WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held on December 10, 1991; and WHEREAS, the City Council finds that this development plan and rezoning is consistent with the General Plan policies of the City of Pleasanton. THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: Approves the rezoning of an approximately 0.17 acre parcel located at 216 Kottinger Drive to the PUD (Planned Unit Development) - High Density Residential. Section 2: The Zoning Map of the City of Pleasanton dated April 18, 1960, on file with the city clerk, designating and dividing the City into zoning districts is hereby amended by Zoning Unit Map No. 406, attached hereto as Exhibit "A", dated December 10, 1991, and incorporated herein by this reference. Section 3: Approves the development plan to allow the renovation of an existing single-family residence and the construction of an additional 845 sq. ft. single-family residence on a 7,359 sq. ft. site located at 216 Kottinger Drive, subject to the conditions shown on Exhibit "B" attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference.
