Ordinance No. 1544 Page Two Section 1: Approves Case PUD-89-6-4M, the application of Spieker Partners for a major modification to an approved planned unit development (PUD-89-6) for Rose Pavilion (Phase III), located at the northwest corner of the intersection of Santa Rita Road and Rosewood Drive, to amend the development plan for Rose Phavilion - Phase III increasing the amount of overall square footge of the center from 118,500 sq. ft. to 131,232 sq. ft., to reconfigure the placement of the pad building locations, to add one additional building pad location iOil Changers), to reduce the parking ratio of the center from one parking space per 187 sq. ft. to one space per 193 sq. ft., and for design review of three proposed buildings (Goodyear, Oil Changers, and a retail shops building), subject to the conditions set forth on Exhibit "B", attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference. Section 2: A summary of this ordinance shall be published once within fifteen (15) days after its adoption in "The Tri- Valley Herald," a newspaper of general circulation published in the City of Pleasanton, and the complete ordinance shall be posted for fifteen (15) days in the City Clerk's office within fifteen (15) days after its adoption.
