STANDARD CONDITIONS OF DEVELOPMENT <br /> <br />I. Than if signing for the development is desired, a <br /> comprehensive signing program shall be submitted to the City <br /> for consideration under separate application. <br /> <br />8. That 6" vertical concrete curds be installed between all paved <br /> and landscaped areas. <br /> <br />9. That all parking spaces be striped and provided with wheel <br /> szops unless they are frcn~ed ~y concrete curbs, in which case <br /> sufficient areas shall be provided beyond the ends of all <br /> parking spaces to accommodate the overhang of automobiles. <br /> <br />10.
