19. The City shall withhold building permits for this project <br /> if, at the time building permits are applied for, mandatory <br /> water rationing is in effect, unless the City has adopted a <br /> water offset program, and unless the developer is <br /> participating in the program. Notwithstanding the <br /> developer's participation in said program, the City may <br /> withhold building permits if the City determines that <br /> sufficient water is not available at the time building <br /> permits for the project are applied for. <br /> <br />20. This project shall be subject to the Standard Conditions of <br /> Development,l attached hereto and made part of this case by <br /> reference, except Conditions Nos. 29, 31, 46, and 50. <br /> <br />21. The developer shall give express notice to all buyers of the <br /> existence of the Livermore airport, its location, flight <br /> patterns, and potential air traffic increases as disclosed <br /> in the Airport Master Plan. This notice shall be reviewed <br /> and approved by the City Attorney prior to sale of any unit <br /> in this project. <br /> <br />22. The applicant shall participate in the funding of a noise <br /> analysis to be completed by the City for the Stoneridge <br /> Drive Specific Plan area. The applicant shall be subject to <br /> the reasonable requirements identified in the noise report <br /> as required by the Planning Director to mitigate long-term <br /> noise impacts from Stoneridge Drive and the Livermore <br /> Airport. <br /> <br /> <br />
