Payment of said reimbursements shall <br /> be made prior to approval of the final map for each phase of <br /> the project. <br /> <br />22. That there shall be an overland release for the storm drain <br /> on Lots 1, 2, 8, 9, 10, and 11. The details of this release <br /> shall be shown on the tentative map, including an <br /> alternative to the concrete "V" ditch across Parcel 4 <br /> satisfactor~ to the City Engineer.. <br /> <br />23. That the grading of lots adjacent to ~he existing Trac~c. 5188 <br /> shall be revised to eliminate the elivet fills on Parcels 1 <br /> ra3rough 4. These revisions shall be shown on the tentative <br /> map for the development. <br /> <br />24. That, wherever feasible, all fill slopes or filled porEions <br /> of slopes above retaining walls shall no= exceed a slope of <br /> 3:1 horizontal to verEical subject to approval by the City <br /> Engineer. That all lots shall be hydroseeded as soon as possible after <br /> completion of grading. <br /> <br />26. That =he haul route for all materials to and from ~his <br /> developmen= shall be approved by the City Engineer prior to <br /> the starE of any construction. <br /> <br />27. That this project shall also be subJec~ to =he Standard <br /> Conditions of Development, attached hereto and made par= of <br /> this case by reference, except Conditions 5, 7, 9, and 25. <br /> <br />28. That this approval 'does not guarantee the availability of <br /> sufficient water to serve the project. The City shall <br /> withhold building permits for the project if, at the time <br /> building permits are applied for, mandatory water rationing <br /> is in effect, unless the City has adopted a water offset <br /> program and unless the developer is participating in the <br /> program. Notwithstanding the developer's participation in <br /> such program, the City may withhold building permits if the <br /> City determines that sufficient water is not available at <br /> the time building permits for the project are applied. <br /> <br /> <br />
