9. The developer shall grant to the City a conservation easement over the 44-acre <br /> hillside portion of the site (Lot A). This easement shall indicate that no additional <br /> development is perrmtte~i on the undeveloped hillside portion of the property, and that <br /> the open spac~ is to be maintained in perpetuity., in accordance with General Plan <br /> policies and land us~ designations.
