CITY COUNCIL <br /> <br /> Conditions of ~pproval <br /> Ca.~ PUD-89-17 <br /> (April 7, 1992) <br /> <br />i. The proposed development shall conform subs_mnrially to the aim plans, elevations, <br /> and relattd matrxials, Exhibit A (da2~ *April 1, 1992'), on ill= with the planning <br /> Detgrtment, except as modified by these conditions.. <br /> <br />2. Except as otherwise modified by the development plan, conditions of approval or th~ <br /> project architectural guid_~-lines,. the uses and site development standards for the <br /> development shall be those of the R-1-20,000 zoning district. <br /> <br />3. The developer shall apply for allocaXion of residential units under the City's Growth <br /> Management Program. Submittal of a __t~P~five map, vesting tentative map or any <br /> subdivision map shall not be accepttd until the project has received its Growth <br /> Management Allocation. <br /> <br />4. The developer shall ob~i- all building and other applicable City permits for the <br /> project prior to the commencemeat of c:o/Isttla~on. <br /> <br />5. This project shall be subject to the Standard Conditions of Development, attached <br /> hereto and made pan of this case by rdez=nce. <br /> <br />6.
