The homeowners association shall be responsible for the following: a. Maintenance of private front and side yard landscaping on Village Two and Village Three directly facing a public or private street; b. La/lds~aping located between the soundwall and sidewalk and between =he sidewalk and curb along Stoneridge Drive and the public stree= entrances off Stoneridge Drive (Note: This requirement does not include the median island of linear perk. ); c. All private streets within Village Two and Three~ d. Private fencing in Village Twos e. All public rights-of-way landscaping on internal s~ree=s; and f- All common recreation and open space areas within Village Two and Three. The City of Pleasanton shall be granted the association, s rights end remedies, but not the obligation, to enforce the maintenance responsibil~ties of the homeowners association. S. The applicant shall par~icipate in the funding of a noise analysis to be c~mpleted by the City for the Stoneridge Drive Plan Specific area. Payment shall be made prior' to re'cordation of the final map. The repo~c-shall identify the location of S5 dB Ldn aircraft noise contour in the Stoneridge Drive Specific Plan erea and the' 60 dB Ldn noise contour. for Stoneridge Drive.
