4. The Development Plan shall be modified as follows: <br /> <br />- a. Development of Village One is no= approved wi~h this <br /> development plan. Development of Village One shall be <br /> reviewed by the City as a separate application. <br /> <br /> b. In Village Two and Village Three, driveway aprons shall <br /> have a maximum length of 5'. Where the driveway apron <br /> for reasons of building location must exceed a 5' length, <br /> then the driveway apron shall have a minimum leng?-h of <br /> 18'. Limited variations from these standards may be <br /> allowed by the Planning Director where it can be <br /> demonstrated that factors exist, or can be provided, that <br /> would prohibit parking within the driveway apron. <br /> <br /> c. The our. bound lane of the main entrance streets off <br /> Stoneridge Drive shall be enlarged to allow for. a left- <br /> and right-turn lane. The final design shall be shown on <br /> the tentative map. <br /> <br /> d. The location of the neighborhood park and school sites <br /> shall be reversed so that the park is located by Village <br /> One and the school is located by Village Two. <br /> <br /> e. Village Two <br /> <br /> 1) Minimum building setbacks shall <br /> <br /> - Side building wall to side building wall, side <br /> building wall to rear / s ide fences, and <br /> rear/side fences to rear/side fences - 15'; <br /> - Side building wall and rear/side fences to <br /> internal public s=reeUs - <br /> - Side building wall and rear/side fences <br /> perking-and internal private streets - 10'; <br /> and,' ~ 5 t <br /> - Face-of-garage to private st.
