Public/institutional property located on the north side <br /> of Stoneridge Drive. <br /> <br /> Uses of ~he P (Pttblic and Institutional) District as <br /> listed under Section 18.56.040 of ~he Pleasanton <br /> Municipal Code upon granting of a use permit in accord <br /> with the provisions of Chapter 18.124 of the Pleasanton <br /> Municipal Code. <br /> <br /> b. Village Two <br /> <br /> Permitted and conditional uses of the R-M Multifamily <br /> Residential District as listed under Sections 18.36.030 <br /> a~d 18.36.040 of the Pleasanton Municipal Code. <br /> <br /> c. Village Three <br /> <br /> Permitted and conditional uses of the R-1 One Family <br /> Residential District"as listed under Sections 18.32.030 <br /> ~ 18.32.040 o= the-Pleasanton Municipal Code. <br /> <br />2. Development Plan <br /> <br /> a. Except for Village One the development plan for Case PUD- <br /> 91-15 shall conform substantially to the site, landscape, <br /> and grading plans, and building elevations, floor plans, <br /> materials, and colors, EXhibit 'Aw (dated "Received, <br /> March 6, 1992"), on-file with the Planning Department, <br /> except as modified by these conditions. <br /> <br /> b. This development plan shall have no-further vaildirT, <br /> force, or effect in the event tJ=a=-any of the following <br /> <br /> 1) The applicant fails to receive growth management <br /> approval within 2 1/2 years of the PUD approval; or <br /> <br /> 2) Subsequent to such approval, the applicant allows <br /> the growth management' approval to lapse. <br /> <br />3.
