26. The property owner shall pay its pro-rata share, as <br /> determined by the City Engineer, of the proposed <br /> intersection improvements at the intersection of Dublin <br /> Canyon Road and Foothill Road made necessary to retain LOS-D <br /> at this intersection. Said improvements shall be those set <br /> forth in the Wells Fargo Development Agreement. Payment <br /> shall be made upon issuance of building permits for the <br /> site; however, in the event the improvements have not been <br /> made prior to issuance of a building permit, the property <br /> owner may: 1) pay the estimated pro-rata share of said <br /> improvements; or 2) enter into a deferred improvement <br /> agreement satisfactory to the City Attorney which shall be <br /> recorded prior to issuance of a building permit. <br /> <br />27. Gray water shall be used for dust control or grading <br /> activities. This water maybe obtained from the Dublin San <br /> Ramon Service District (DSRSD) Wastewater Treatment Plant at <br /> 7399 Johnson Drive, Pleasanton. <br /> <br />{end} <br /> <br /> <br />
