20.24.113 Prohibition; exception <br /> <br /> Section 78,202 of the Uniform Fire Code is amended to <br /> read as follows: <br /> <br /> Prohibition. Except as heroin provided, it shall be <br /> unlawful for any person, corporation, or entity to <br /> possess, store, offer for sale, expose for sale, sell at <br /> retail or use or explode any fireworks. <br /> <br /> Exception: The use of fireworks for display is allowed as <br /> set forth in Section 78,203. <br /> <br /> 20.24.115 Seizure of Fireworks <br /> <br /> Section 78.310 (Seizure of Fireworks) of the UniformFire <br /> Code is amended to read as follows: <br /> <br /> Seizure of Fireworks. The Chief shall seize, take, <br /> remove or cause to be removed all stocks of fireworks <br /> offered or exposed for sale, stored or held in violation <br /> of this article. <br /> <br /> 20.24.120 Storaqe <br /> <br /> Portions of Section 80.301 of the Uniform Fire Code are <br /> hereby added to the Pleasanton Municipal Code to read as <br /> follows: <br /> <br /> [Delete Section 80,301(a)l-(a)2] <br /> <br /> Section 80.301(a)3. Ouantities not exceedinq exempt <br /> amounts. <br /> <br />A. General. Storage of hazardous materials, in <br />containers, cylinders and tanks, not exceeding the exempt <br />amounts specified in sections 80,302 through 80,315 shall <br />be in accordance with this section. <br /> <br />[Subsections B-D, delete] <br />[Delete Section 80,301(a)4] <br />[Delete Sections 80.301(b)-(j)] <br /> <br />Section 80.301(k). Storaqe Plan. A storage plan shall <br />be provided for all facilities at which the exempt <br />amounts specified in Sections 80,302 through 80,315 are <br />exceeded.
